Motive and educate in fun, easy ways

Bring co-workers together to have fun as they raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer’s.

When printing the Join, Motivate, Learn and Move PDFs below, we recommend that you use a light purple-colored paper similar to the ones in the sample kit each chapter will receive. Office Max’s Boise Cascade paper in lavender #20 is one appropriate option.

Downloadable Material

Alzheimer’s Association sticky notes (1 page)

Use these to leave behind a personal note, or as a premium. Each 4"x3" sticky note pad has the Association logo and contact information. Click the PDF for a preview.

View purple sticky notes (4 pages)

Use these messages about brain health and getting involved with the Association by placing them around your workplace to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and the Association.

   Program description overview (1 page)

   One-day activities (1 page)
   Educational workshops (1 page)
Memory Walk National Corporate Teams (2 pages)

 Workplace poster (2 pages)

Print the poster on both sides of an 11x17 sheet of white, cover weight paper so that when it is folded in half, the word “post” appears on the outside. See the poster in the sample kit each chapter will receive.
