Understanding Early Memory Loss

The onset of early memory loss creates many questions and challenges for both the person experiencing memory loss and their supporters. This program provides an overview of memory loss, common signs and symptoms, and the diagnostic process, and will focus on coping strategies and identifying helpful resources. Topics covered include non-medical practices for maintaining well-being through caring for one’s body, mind, and relationships.

This program is 1.5 hours, which includes time for questions and answers.
