In the late stage of Alzheimer’s disease, caregivers need to discover new ways of connecting and interacting with the person with the disease. In this two-part series, you’ll learn from other caregivers and professionals about helpful resources, how to best monitor care, and how to meaningfully connect with a person with late-stage Alzheimer’s.

Part One – 1.75 hours plus extra discussion time/tips. 
Part Two – 1.5 hours plus extra discussion time/tips.
