The Alzheimer's Association is proud to host a special screening of three of the five documentaries in the HBO documentary series THE ALZHEIMER'S PROJECT. “Caregivers,” will be viewed outside of the Metro Indianapolis area, and "Momentum in Science I & II" will be viewed inside the Metro Indianapolis area.

This is an opportunity for those without access to the film to view it. After screening the film which is approximately one hour in length, attendees be able to ask questions, discuss the film and share their own personal experiences during the group discussion led by a trained facilitator.

Screening “Caregivers”
“Caregivers” is a collection of five portraits, each of which highlights the sacrifices and successes made by people experiencing their loved one's gradual descent into dementia.

Screening “Momentum in Science”
This two-hour, two-part documentary takes viewers inside the laboratories and clinics of 25 leading scientists and physicians, who seek to discover what can be done to better detect and diagnose Alzheimer's, delay the onset of memory loss, affect the brain changes associated with the disease, and ultimately prevent Alzheimer's disease altogether.
