The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana has created Resource Guides for many communities throughout Indiana. These guides, offered free of charge, are designed to help caregivers successfully find community resources that will assist in their caregiving responsibilities. Each guide contains information about physicians, adult day centers, home healthcare, assisted living and nursing home facilities, meal delivery, transportation and more.
The following resource guides are available for visitors. These guides are provided in Adobe PDF files. You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to download the files.
