2015 Forget Me Not Days Kick Off
April 12, Indiana Pacers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

The first 6,000 fans in attendance for the April 12 Indiana Pacers vs. Oklahoma City game will receive a packet of Forget-Me-Not flower seeds to take home and plant in honor of families across Indiana who are facing Alzheimer’s.

June 5 & 6, 2015

Bankers Life Forget Me Not Days takes place over a two-day period. This year, event dates are June 5 & 6. During this event, Bankers employees, agents, family and friends help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association. This campaign is a traditional ‘tag days’ event where volunteers collect donations in exchange for a packet of Forget-Me-Not flower seeds to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s. 100% of the money raised goes directly to the organization.

Bankers Life and the Alzheimer’s Association extend an invitation to anyone and everyone who wants to participate in Forget Me Not Days! Grocery Stores, shopping malls, community events and places of worship are just a few of the places you can collect donations in your local community.

Participating Bankers Life locations around Indiana:

South Bend
Muncie
Lafayette
Bloomington
Carmel
Ft. Wayne

Forget Me Not Days was started by Bankers Life in 2003. The national fundraising campaign has helped raise more than $3.3 million for the Alzheimer's Association. You can find volunteers distributing seeds at the following locations:
