25th Annual Chocolate Sunday - November 13, 2016

The 25th Annual Chocolate Sunday event was a success! As of event day, $151,000 has been raised toward the fundraising goal of $170,000. Contributions impact Hoosier families like the Crooks and Unterfranzes as highlighted in the feature video above with Alzheimer's disease care, support and research. Please consider a gift toward the 2016 Chocolate Sunday event to help us reach $170,000 by December 31, 2016.

Ways to Give:
- Write a Check: Mail to Alzheimer's Association, ATTN: Chocolate Sunday, 50 E. 91st St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN  46240
- Credit Card: Give Sarah Ehsan a call during business hours (317-587-2206) and let her know your gift via credit card will be applied toward Chocolate Sunday.
- Matching Gifts: Does your employer offer a corporate match? Consider and explore this opportunity to increase your gift's reach!

Milk, dark, white - what is your favorite chocolate flavor? Chocolate Sunday is an annual luncheon and chocolate extravaganza to support the Alzheimer's Association. Throughout the event, attendees are offered opportunities to raise funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.

Do you have services or goods to donate to the 2017 silent or live auction? If you are interested in attending or sponsoring the 2017 event, or for more information, contact Tracy Desserich at 317-587-2209.
