Imagine a field of brightly-colored flags inscribed with the words “To Honor and Remember…Whose Precious Life We Rejoice”.

This year Memory Walk participants have the opportunity to personalize a tribute flag with the name of a loved one, and include it in a display at the Walk. The suggested donation is $10. Tribute flags will be available the day of Memory Walk, or can be reserved today by filling out and mailing this form to the Alzheimer’s Association.
