The climbing expedition will extend 5 days from September 24th- 28th. Tom’s goal is to raise $14,410 (equal to the elevation of Mount Rainier) to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association through sponsorship of him. Because his own family was touched by this disease through the recent death of his grandfather, Tom's motivation in helping other's is a personal one. His goal is to help other families as they struggle to overcome their own mountain in hopes of someday gaining victory over Alzheimers.
