Join the Walk to End Alzheimer's®
Sign up for the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, the Tri Cities, Walla Walla, Moses Lake,  Moscow-Pullman and Wenatchee.

Volunteer Volunteer
Serve on a committee for the Walk to End Alzheimers or the Nancy Rockwell Gala and help raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association. Or volunteer in our office doing clerical work or answering Helpline calls.

Caregiver Support Group Facilitator

An Alzheimer's Association Caregiver Support Group is an open gathering of people with common problems, needs and interests who come together to share their feelings, thoughts and experiences in a safe environment. The facilitator encourages participants to provide assistance and emotional support to one another, presents Association materials, keeps records and interacts with Chapter staff.

Development Department Volunteer

The Development Volunteers will be assisting and working with the Development Staff with primarily fundraising events for the Chapter.


Office Volunteer

Office Volunteers have the opportunity to assist the Chapter Staff with a variety of tasks.


Physician Outreach Volunteer

Physician Outreach Volunteers assist Chapter Staff in contacting physician offices, clinics and other health care settings to set appointments and meet with available staff, i.e. nurse managers, physician assistants, and/or receptionists of neurologists, geriatricians and other types of physicians.


Education Program Presenter

Education Program Volunteer Presenter are speakers at Chapter community education programs developed by the Alzheimer’s Association, using scripted curricula, PowerPoint presentations and other prepared training materials provided by the Association.
