Introduction

The Alzheimer's Association takes a stand on critical policy issues and works to change laws, regulations and public programs to accomplish our mission. This section provides summaries of where we stand on current issues and makes specific recommendations for policy makers.

This section contains a summary of our overall public policy positions, official National Board statements on particular issues, certain past actions through Congressional testimony, and comments to federal agencies made on behalf of the Association.


Position statements

The Alzheimer’s Association has statements on a wide variety of topics and issues that have surfaced in relation to Alzheimer’s disease.
