There are several opportunities to support the Alzheimer's Association - Heart of America Chapter through workplace giving. Family Funds
Family Funds administered by the Alzheimer's Association allow individual families to support the work of the Heart of America Chapter in a more personalized way. Family funds are often established in honor or in memory of a loved one. Individuals can be inspired by a family's story to make a contribution or choose to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, holidays and weddings by making a gift to the fund. Host Your Own Fundraiser
Each year, individuals and organizations such as civic groups, social clubs, restaurants and business raise thousands of dollars for the Heart of America Chapter. These events are called Do it Yourself (DIY) fundraisers and they are a great way to demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the Alzheimer's Association.
