Creating Moments of Joy - Finding Perfectly Wonderful Moments for the Person with Dementia and Their Caregivers
Keynote Speaker for Both Sessions
Jolene A. Brackey, BA is the founder of Enhanced Moments and author of the book, Creating Moments of Joy. She has a B.A. from Iowa State University and is a celebrated speaker in Alzheimer's education. Her message of hope, encouragement - along with generous helpings of humor - is warmly embraced.
| For Professionals Description: This program is designed for front line staff, universal workers, CNAs, CMAs, administrators, nurses, social workers, activity directors, home health professionals and other human services workers. |
For Families and Caregivers Description: This family session includes a Caregiver Reception prior to the program. |

| Cost: Individual registration is $65.00 per person which includes conference, lunch and five CEUs/Certificate of Attendance. Register three or more people at the same time and receive the discounted rate of $50 per person.
