What is the ALZ Stars Program?
Whether you run, bike, hike, dance, bowl or climb a mountain, ALZ Stars is something you can do to help end Alzheimer’s disease. Get out of your comfort zone and test your limits for a cause that needs your support! When you sign up to be an ALZ Star, you pledge to raise funds and awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
ALZ Stars can choose ANY event, ANYTIME and ANYWHERE
All aspects of the event (registration, training, race details, etc.) are handled directly through the event-host organization. ALZ Stars will then work directly with our Alzheimer's Association Chapter staff on the fundraising component of the event. We can advise you on fundraising goals (minimum of $250), provide resources to help you reach your goals, ideas on how to encourage others to join you and, best of all, your own ALZ Stars shirt to wear the day of your event.
