The ALZ Stars - Hospital Hill Team is looking for enthusiastic and energetic participants. As a team member, you are making a serious commitment to raise critical funds for local Alzheimer’s services and programs as well as for continued research. In return, the Alzheimer's Association staff is committed to helping you cross the finish line.
ALZ Stars Kick-off Social - April 7
If you're interested in running or volunteering for the ALZ Stars Team, join us on Tuesday, April 7 for a Kick-off Social at Pizza Fusion, 4800 W. 135th Street, Leawood. Stop in anytime between 6-8:00 p.m. to meet the staff and team, pickup registration information, find out fundraising ideas and enjoy free food and non-alcoholic drinks. Please RSVP to shawna.sorenson@alz.org by Monday, April 6.
ALZ Stars Team Member Fundraising Requirements
The distance you choose to run will determine your required minimum fundraising amount.
$250 = UMKC School of Medicine 5K
$350 = 10K
$500 = Half Marathon

Online Registration
Online registration is available at www.alzstars-hospitalhill.kintera.org. Once you register, you will also receive a personal fundraising web page where your donors can make secure, online donations. You may customize your site with text and photos to tell your story about why you're fundraising for Alzheimer's, send emails to friends and family to garner support, and manage/track your progress. By sharing your story with a wide audience, you'll soon reach and exceed your fundraising goal.
Paper Registration
Print, complete, SIGN and return this runner entry form to the Chapter via mail or fax. Paper registrations must be received at the Chapter office no later than Friday, May 20.
