Memory Walk reveals what can be done when communities come together in the fight against Alzeimer's disease. Thousands of people in the Heart of America Chapter service area have made Alzheimer's their passion and are MOVING the Cause Forward. We are asking everyone to join us in this exciting movement, make a difference in the lives of millions and help us MOVE one step closer to a world without Alzheimer's.
