Best Friends Day Center, located in Lexington, KY, is an adult day program for persons who have an irreversible memory disorder and their families. Their program provides the person with memory loss with a safe, creative environment rich with therapeutic activities. In addition, they provide respite and peace of mind for the caregiver who is often on call 24 hours a day.

Best Friends Day Center is central Kentucky's only adult day center specializing in dementia care. It is a program directed by dedicated professionals and volunteers, trained in the "Best Friends Approach", an internationally recognized model of care.
