This program will explore creative avenues for connecting with a loved one who has been diagnosed and it will teach caregivers how to help their loved one to have meaningful experiences regardless of their current abilities. This workshop will also share tips and strategies for adapting the home to support these changes with a little creativity, flexibility and problem solving.
