How to Borrow

There are three easy ways to get materials from our Benjamin Green-Field Library collection. Our lending period is four weeks. Librarians, please see For Librarians to learn more about borrowing.

Through your local Alzheimer's Association chapter

Our chapters are located throughout the United States and many offices have resource libraries with their own collections. Call your chapter to see if they have what you need. If they do not, most chapters will borrow books or videos from Green-Field Library and get them to you.
Find your local chapter. Alzheimer's Association chapters, please send requests for materials to greenfield@alz.org.

Through your library

We participate in a national library program called Interlibrary Loan. Call or visit your local library to find out more about the program and how you can borrow from us.

Visit us

Visitors who come to our offices may use materials in the library and make photocopies for free. We're located in Chicago, Ill. on the 17th floor of the national office of the Alzheimer's Association. View Map and Get Directions. Calling ahead for an appointment is not necessary, but helpful.

Alzheimer's Association staff and volunteers: please request materials directly from us.
