For Library Staff
Interlibrary loan
We're part of Ask?Away Illinois providing e-mail and chat services
to visitors who come to our Web site with questions about Alzheimer's
disease. Our library policies are in QuestionPoint™. We follow
up on chat questions that are referred to us.
OCLC is preferred for interlibrary loan but we also use Docline.
ALA forms and e-mails are accepted. The Library provides interlibrary
loan materials to libraries within the state of Illinois free-of-charge.
Out-of-state interlibrary loan requests are $10.00 per item.
Verify article citations or check our Online
Catalog before requesting items. Our OCLC symbol is IA@. Our Docline
symbol is ILULZH.
Feel free to contact us with questions.
