醫療警覺暨安全返家計劃
MedicAlert + Alzheimer's Association Safe Return

當走失的失智症患者被執法人員或一般市民尋獲時, 只要打一通電話, 24小時緊急服務的醫療警覺暨阿滋海默症協會安全返家系統立即啟動, 包括當地的阿滋海默症協會分會將協助聯絡該患者的照顧者. 除此之外, 若該患者有醫療上的需要, 還可以立即取得其健康記錄. 參加此計畫, 可以獲得醫療警覺的辨識手鍊或項鍊, 健康資料入檔,  24小時緊急連絡服務, 通知家屬的服務, 以及24小時照顧諮詢服務.
