Lokai, a socially responsible lifestyle brand that represents the importance of finding balance and staying centered along life’s journey, has formed a strategic partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. Committed to supporting the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts to accelerate the global progress of new treatments, preventions and ultimately, a cure, Lokai has created a limited-edition purple bracelet to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. The campaign officially kicks off on February 1, 2016 and will run through February 29, 2016.

During his freshman year in college, founder and CEO of Lokai, Steven Izen, learned that his grandfather had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Deeply affected by the news, Steven realized the importance of staying hopeful during life’s lows, as well as humble through its highs. In need of a physical reminder to find balance during life’s unpredictable journey, Steven created Lokai.

Lokai will donate to the Alzheimer’s Association one dollar ($1.00) for each purple Lokai sold between February 1, 2016 and February 29, 2016 with a minimum contribution of $300,000.
