Communications Coordinator-Alzheimer's Association, Greater Maryland Chapter (Full-Time)
This position will set and guide the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate the Alzheimer’s Association and Greater Maryland Chapter's mission while ensuring brand identity of the Alzheimer’s Association. Must be energetic, creative, and a detail-oriented team player. Excellent public speaking skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects required. Must be able to travel to off-site meetings within the chapter territory and able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field and a minimum of two years experience in communications or marketing required. Salary commensurate with experience. The Association is seeking a highly motivated intern to support fundraising activities related to the following special events of the chapter: Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Independent "Do It Yourself Events," the Dancing Stars Memory Ball (gala), and the Longest Day (relay/competitive event). Read more.
