One week vacation at newly renovated Ocean City, Md., condo

You and six friends can enjoy this updated oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo in The Irene at 11100 Coastal Highway.

This fifth-floor condo has a 30-foot balcony and is furnished with a dining table and chairs, two lounge chairs, two deck chairs, and a small table. A second balcony faces the bay and is furnished for an evening cocktail hour and sunset watching!

Relax in a spacious kitchen, dining and living room area. Condo bedrooms include a King, Queen, and bunk bed with full size and twin mattress (linens and towels not included). A $35 parking fee is charged by the condo association, and there is a $75 cleaning fee payable to the owner. A $300 refundable security deposit is required.

The condo is not available in July or August or on holidays.

This wonderful vacation package includes a week's stay (Saturday to Saturday) in January or February 2013. The resort has two golf courses, a tennis club, country club, hotel and casino as well as approximately 15 restaurants.

The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath with a pull-out sofa bed, which together can accommodate up to six people. There is also a full kitchen. Attached to the unit are two swimming pools, and fishing and snorkeling trips available for a fee. All linens, including beach towels, are provided.
