Tribute/Memorial Gifts

More and more people are finding Tribute and Memorial Gifts to be meaningful and lasting tributes to honor friends or loved ones who are living with Alzheimer's or have passed away from it.

Some families of people who have passed away from Alzheimer's disease may wish to designate the Alzheimer’s Association to receive memorial gifts, in lieu of flowers. To designate gifts to the Alzheimer’s Association, please use the following language within the context of an obituary:

“In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to:
Alzheimer’s Association
1850 York Road, Suite D
Timonium, MD 21093”

Please note the accurate name of our organization.  There are other organizations with “Alzheimer’s” in their name.  Alzheimer’s Association is the correct name of our organization, the world leader in Alzheimer’s research and support.

There are three ways to make a memorial gift:
• Memorial gift envelopes. To order memorial envelopes, call us at 1.800.272.3900.
• Call the Association directly at 1.800.272.3900.
• Donate online by visiting www.alz.org/maryland and clicking on “Make a Memorial Gift” or by clicking here.

Every gift will be promptly acknowledged to both the donor and the designated family member of the deceased.
