Tribute/Memorial Gifts

More and more people are finding Tribute and Memorial Gifts to be meaningful and lasting tributes to honor friends or loved ones who are living with Alzheimer's or have passed away from it.

When your memorial gift is received, a card is promptly sent to the family of the person honored, informing them that their loved one has been memorialized in this way.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts can be made by phone, by mail, or online.
