We offer several educational programs for families and individuals facing Alzheimer’s, as well as community members all over Greater Maryland. Most of these programs, listed in the calendar, are free of charge to attend. The education calendar includes caregiver and public education events.

The Professional Training Calendar is for individuals who work in the field of dementia care.

 

Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Seminar on Alzheimer’s Disease

Learn about Alzheimer’s disease during your lunch break! This program is for companies whose employees are interested in learning the basics about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias without having to leave their place of work. We'll come to you!

The Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Seminar covers topics such as types of dementia, causes of dementia, stages and warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease, commonly believed myths, prevalence, and services available for families.
