Memory Walk 2009 raised over $560,000 for Alzheimer's research, programs and services - the highest in our Chapter's history!
Over 3,400 dedicated Walkers joined together at our 6 Walks, rain or shine, to raise significant funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association, and to celebrate and commemorate lives impacted by Alzheimer's.

Joe Flacco Rally Towels are Here!

To help raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Baltimore Pizza Hut stores are selling Joe Flacco Rally Towels. To purchase your own Joe Flacco Rally Towel, please visit your local Pizza Hut at one of their Greater Baltimore locations. Towels are $3 with a purchase or $5 without. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. |

Pizza Hut of Maryland supports Memory Walk and the fight against Alzheimer’s. All of the Central Maryland Pizza Hut locations have formed teams and joined their local Memory Walks.

Join a 2010 Memory Walk Committee

Are you excited for this year’s Memory Walk? Would you like to help plan next year’s Memory Walk? Planning for the 2010 Memory Walks will begin in January. But it’s not too early to get involved now. We would love to have your input regarding next year’s Memory Walk! Committee members help in a variety of ways: planning the festivities for the day of the Walk, assisting in securing sponsorships, helping to recruit new teams, promotion of the Walk, and securing donated refreshments and entertainers for the Walk. Corporate Opportunities

Alzheimer’s disease costs corporate America over $61 billion dollars a year. To help bring an end to Alzheimer’s, several local businesses and companies have joined Memory Walk through corporate teams or corporate sponsorship. Companies of all sizes are forming teams with their employees to build camaraderie, increase employee morale, and to position their company as a leader in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Along with corporate team opportunities, corporate sponsorship opportunities are available that provide businesses with the opportunity to position themselves as a leader in the fight against Alzheimer’s and receive recognition and signage at our area Walks.
