Walkers are registering daily for Memory Walk 2008, and planning fun ways to fundraise during the summer months. We are especially grateful for our “Unforgettables,” those Walkers who have set a goal to raise $1,000 or more in support of our mission.
Remember, more than just a Walk, Memory Walk is a way that you can play a part in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Memory Walk staff are here to help you as you raise funds for Alzheimer’s research, care and support.

Walkers will be inspired by our new “Garden of Memories” tribute garden at each Walk site.

Walkers can decorate a paper Forget Me Not flower with the name or picture of a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other dementia at our August / September Kickoffs, our Bank Nights or at the Walk. Flowers will be “planted” at each Walk site in our “Garden of Memories” prior to the start of each Walk. For more information, call 800-272-3900. |
