The Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter is headquartered in Chelsea, and has three service regions and a governing board drawn from these regions.  With offices in Kalamazoo (Southwest Region), Lansing (Capital Area Region) and Muskegon (West Shore Region), the chapter serves 23 Michigan counties and an estimated 44,000 individuals with Alzheimer's disease.
