The Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter is headquartered in Chelsea (South Central) and has three service regions and a governing board drawn from these regions. With offices in Kalamazoo (South West), Lansing (Capital Area) and Muskegon (West Shore), the chapter serves 23 Michigan counties and an estimated 44,000 individuals with Alzheimer's disease.
