Your gift to the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter can take many forms – please consider one of the following:

1. Set up a pledge with periodic pledge payments. Tell us how much you wish to give and how often, and we'll send pledge reminders to you. Or, set up your pledge with your credit card and we'll automatically process gift installments for you. Call us at 734.475.7043 to set up your pledge.
2. Have your gift matched. If you work for a company that matches employees' charitable gifts, send a completed matching gift form to us with your check. Matching gift forms are usually available from the company human resources office.
3. Make a gift of appreciated stock or property. It may be possible to avoid capital gains tax, reduce your taxable income, and receive a charitable tax deduction. Call us at 734.475.7043 for more information.
4. Honor special people or occasions with your gift. Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or holiday with a designated gift, or ask your friends to do so on your behalf. We will be happy to send an acknowledgment of each gift to the celebrant.
5. Designate the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter as the recipient of your United Way or Combined Federal Campaign contribution at your workplace this year.
6. Make a bequest to the Association through your will. Many attorneys have their own style for drafting wills, however, the following statement contains the necessary elements for making a bequest to the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter: “I hereby give, devise and bequeath (amount, proportionate share, remainder or specific property) to the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, 310 N Main St, Suite 100, Chelsea, Michigan, 48118.”
7. Donate your car through a car donation program.  Designate the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter as the recipient to receive the proceeds from the sale of your automobile.

10. Give to the Alzheimer's Association through Todd's Services Inc.'s “Give Back to the Community” program. Select Todd's Services, Michigan's larget residential landscaper, for your next landscaping job and designate the Alzheimer's Association to receive 1 percent of your job total. 11. Search the Internet using GoodSearch.com, a Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half of its revenue (about a penny per search) to its users favorite charities.
