Optimum care for persons with dementia requires specialized skills and exceptional sensitivity to client/resident needs.
The Alzheimer's Association Mid-Missouri Chapter is pleased to offer training based on today’s best practices in dementia care.

Foundations of Dementia Care for Professional Caregivers
Learn fundamentals of truly effective dementia care through a better understanding of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Participants will take home strategies for creating an environment of improved communication skills and fewer unwanted/difficult behaviors in professional caregiving settings. Cost is $35.00
