The Early Stage Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias Strategy and Support Groups are designed for care partners and the person with the diagnosis of Early Stage Alzheimer’s or other dementias to participate in ongoing education, discussion, strategy, and support meetings.  These strategy and support groups will initially meet weekly for six weeks where the focus will be on a variety of educational topics.
