Care Consultation is a service that can help you and your family develop a road map to navigate through the many thoughts, emotions, and questions you may have about memory loss and dementia. Care Consultation can be useful whether you or someone you love has just been diagnosed, or if you and your family are seeing things from different perspectives and perhaps disagreeing about the next steps to take. Care Consultation services can help you build a plan around your future. You will receive valuable one-to-one assistance that will enable you to better understand the disease, manage care and make more informed decisions regarding services and treatments. Phone or in-person individual sessions are offered when it may be too difficult to involve others or if you feel alone in this process.
