What is the Memory Care Professionals Consortium? The Memory Care Professionals Consortium (MCP) is a new group designed to assist professionals working in the field of memory loss to gain insight from each other, share success stories and successful models, and provide support to one another. Each meeting includes time for networking and an education session chosen by the group. All ideas are welcome! Who should attend? Any professional working in the field of Alzheimer's disease and its related dementias can attend. This is a multidisciplinary group and serves the Twin Cities Metro Area of Minnesota.
