This social program is designed to build a safe and comfortable meeting space, both virtually and in-person, for individuals with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), early dementia, and their care partners.
Available in: Twin Cities, Fargo/Moorhead, Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud and online


This program is for those with MCI or early dementia seeking the opportunity to be a mentor to persons newly diagnosed who have contacted the Alzheimer’s Association Helpline or who have participated in an Association-affiliated early stage program. As a Mentor, your role will be to call and connect with people and invite them to join the Memory Meetup online and in-person social gatherings.

Memory Clubs

Memory Club is a educational support group that offers you the opportunity to build community with others as you learn together about living with early dementia.
Available in: St. Cloud, Twin Cities, Duluth

A holistic program for people with early memory loss. Living Well is an exciting new program that provides comprehensive health, fitness, education, creative arts and other community outing opportunities.
