For persons with memory loss, their families and friends, there are classes and webinars to help you understand memory loss, develop a partnership with your doctor and learn skills to make legal and financial plans.
This series is designed to meet the information needs of individuals who have received an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, their care partners and professionals. Classes were selected by experienced care partners and range from legal and financial planning to communicating and healthy living. The goal of the series is to help people with dementia and their care partners maintain an optimal level of social, mental and physical health as they encounter new challenges related to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
