What is a Sustaining Partner?

The Sustaining Partnership is a way for those individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's disease to become an annual donor.

The mission of the Alzheimer's Association--enhancing care and support for individuals, their families, and caregivers and to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research--is crucial. In order to accomplish this mission the Montana Chapter needs your support.

We need your contributon to help increase awareness of Alzheimer's disease, improve accessibility of services and care for people in all areas of the state; and provide resources and education for all those affected by the disease.
