Support groups provide a place for friends and family to share valuable information, caregiving tips and concerns throughout the Alzheimer's journey. Attend a group in person or call our 24/7 Helpline at 800.272.3900 for help anytime.

Connect In Person

The Alzheimer's Association support groups are designed to provide free emotional, social and educational support for caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. Please call our 24/7 Helpline at 800.272.3900 before attending a group for the first time to verify meeting information, obtain directions or other information about the group. Here are the support groups currently offered by our chapter in Eastern North Carolina.
