The candlelight vigil provides a unique opportunity to honor loved ones and those who provide care for them. The Vigil -- held in conjunction with the Early Stage Town Hall Meeting and the 20th Annual Public Policy Forum and will brings a poignant close to a day of discussions with Congressional leaders.
Everyone is welcome to join us to show support for those living with Alzheimer's disease.
