The Alzheimer's Association® National Capital Area Chapter is pleased to present the Wall of Hope located in our Fairfax office. It provides a truly elegant way of honoring individuals and companies engaged in the fight against Alzheimer's. The Wall of Hope represents a breathtaking welcome into the Chapter office space while offering Alzheimer's families and our community sponsors a chance to honor and remember loved ones. There are three plaque sizes:

Place your order as an individual or on behalf of group to honor loved ones during the holiday and after here. In addition to the Wall of Hope, another beautiful tribute opportunity at the Fairfax office includes a naming plaque - inscribed with your personal message - and having it placed outside your choice of office/room. These plaques may be from individuals honoring a loved one or from organizations that support the Alzheimer's Association's vision - a world without Alzheimer's. These plaques are being offered at $2,000 and up. Whether you choose to purchase a plaque for the Wall of Hope or you choose a naming plaque, the donor is thanked and, where applicable, the person being honored is told about the gift and who made it. Dollar amounts are not revealed; only the sentiment. For gifts that memorialized the deceased, the family is notified.
