The Alzheimer's Association of the National Capital Area is pleased to present the Wall of Hope in our office in Fairfax. It provides a truly elegant way of honoring individuals and companies engaged in the fight against Alzheimer's.
Gifts in honor of someone provide special recognition for a family member, friend, or colleague. Gifts in memory recognize someone dear who has passed away and celebrate his or her life. In both cases, the gifts are messages that speak to the depth of emotion and the sense of connection that are an integral part of any relationship.

The Alzheimer's Association of the National Capital Area takes special care with such gifts. The donor is thanked and the person being honored is told about the gift and who made it. Dollar amounts are not revealed, only the sentiment. For gifts that memorialized the deceased, the family is notified. By making such a gift you are not only memorializing or honoring those who deserve recognition, you are investing in a valuable community resource-the Alzheimer's Association. A hundred percent of the proceeds go directly to critically needed services such as the 24 hour, 7 day a week Helpline.
