    Programs Presented by Community Partners

    Connections:  A Caregiver Training Program for Families in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties
    The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, offers a free eight-week in-home training program that supports caregiving families in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties.  The program also is available to families in the counties of Culpeper, Madison and Orange.  Learn more here or see FAQs about the program.
