Donation Opportunities

The Alzheimer's Association is the largest nonprofit voluntary health organization dedicated to accelerating the progress in prevention, cure and living with Alzheimer's disease.  Your tax-deductible donation to the Alzheimer's Association will help us fight Alzheimer's disease through vital research and provide essential support programs and services to those in the community.  Alzheimer's Association is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible. Our federal tax ID number is 13-3039601.

   The Alzheimer's Association is a member of the Community Health Charities federation, the largest workplace giving campaign devoted to health.  If your employer participates in Community Health Charities campaigns, designate your contribution to the Alzheimer's Association.  Visit the Community Health Charities of Nebraska website at:  http://nebraska.healthcharities.org/ to learn more.



  Charity Miles is a free iPhone/Android app that enables individuals to raise funds for charity simply by walking, running or biking.  Launched a little more than a year ago, the app quickly became a fitness favorite, and winner of several awards, including the SXSW People's Choice Award and Women's Running Magazine's Best Overall App, and earned recognition by Men's Fitness as one of their Game Changers of The Year.

  The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and 16 locations in our region, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

  The Longest Day is a team event to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association®. Held annually on the summer solstice, the duration of this sunrise-to-sunset event symbolizes the challenging journey of those living with the disease and their caregivers.

Opinions for Good
We’ve partnered with Opinions for Good, a market research company with a twist – when you sign up you’re paid to complete surveys and other activities, with a percentage of your choosing (25% to 100%) going to the Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter. Each survey usually pays a few dollars, and it generally take between 5 and 15 minutes of your time. Register at www.opinions4good.com.
