Don't see a Walk to End Alzheimer's in your area? Contact us today to find out how you can start one.

Walk to End Alzheimer's
Walk to End Alzheimer's is the single largest fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association, both locally and nationally. The New Mexico Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association offers educational programs and trainings around the state, caregiver respite assistance program, a free quarterly newsletter, and a toll free helpline. In addition, the association assists with registration in the Safe Return Program for patients who wander, act as a legislative advocacy body for patient rights, and maintains a network of more than 40 support groups statewide. All of these services are provided confidentially and free of charge.

If you'd like more information please call (505) 266-4473.

Start a team

Forming a team for the Walk to End Alzheimer's can enhance your experience and multiply your impact on the fight against Alzheimer's. Together, as a team, you are a force much greater than what you can accomplish alone.

Corporate Sponsorship
Corporations who sponsor the WALK receive a number of great benefits. The most important direct benefit is public exposure and the opportunity to market directly to your target audience. Through your sponsorship, you will receive benefits such as: name/logo placement on official t-shirts, posters, and registration brochures, recognition on the day of the walk through announcements, signs, and programs, and mention in our quarterly newsletter. In addition, major sponsors are invited to set up informational booths at the walk site to distribute marketing materials and logos will be placed on all promotional and advertising materials and information distributed in conjunction with the walk. Be a Team Captain
Being a team captain is not only fun for those that walk with you, your team can raise vital funds to support the programs and services of the association. Encourage your friends, family, and business associates to join your team! There are incentive items for individuals and awards for teams who raise the most money.
