Whether you are a person with memory loss, or someone who cares for someone else with memory loss, a Care Consultant will problem-solve with you to address a person's unique experience with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Family Care Consultation
Care Consultation is a service to assist the person with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias and/or their family care partners in planning for, and dealing with, all aspects of the impact of the illness. Individuals with dementia and their care partners will receive valuable one-on-one assistance that will enable them to better manage care and make more informed decisions regarding services and treatments.

Care Consultation meetings may help families with decision making about care options and provide a greater awareness and understanding of the changes that may occur with Alzheimer's disease. Care Consultation can be a valuable source of support for those coping with the impact of dementia.
