LEAD COMMUNITY OUTREACH POSITION
Princeton Regional Office

This highly visible, lead position serves as the primary representative and liaison to the community for Association education and training services with an integral role in program development.  Responsibilities include the design, development and implementation of general community and professional multi-disciplinary healthcare education and training; support group expansion/development and special projects.  The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal/communication and public presentation skills. Degree in nursing, community health, social work, or a related discipline is required: experience preferably in geriatrics and dementia care; program/curricula development and/or teaching. Must own vehicle with ability to travel on a daily basis if needed to provide education and training services within our service area.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Full-time Opportunity

A highly motivated team player with demonstrated experience in fundraising and established community contacts is essential for this key position in our Princeton office.  The Associate Director is responsible for fundraising and building strong community relationships.  Skill set must include fundraising, marketing, public relations, and volunteer/project management.   It is vital that this professional be results-oriented and a self-starter with passion and enthusiasm to succeed, coupled with a genuine concern for our mission.  Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) and proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER Full-time Opportunity

A high energy, extremely well-organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in event planning and fundraising is crucial for this important position, based out of our Princeton or Denville office.  The Special Events Manager is responsible for planning, managing and implementing all fundraising events.   Skill set must include proficiency in Microsoft Office products.  Experience in design software such as Quark, Microsoft Publisher and Adobe products desired.   It is vital that this professional be results-oriented with an eagerness to succeed and a drive to propel forward our mission.
