Vice President, Programs and ServicesThe Alzheimer's Association is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and their families. We are seeking a dynamic professional for this key executive leadership position; to provide strategic planning, management and direction for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of professional and caregiver education and training programs and community services. The position will be based in our Headquarters office in Denville; responsible for the administration of programs in fourteen counties. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in, and strong knowledge of, dementia care, community-based health and social service programs, collaboration/outreach with other organizations, as well as financial management, both oversight and budget development. Highly motivated, results oriented individual is responsible for supervision of program staff including public policy and the implementation of national initiatives. The ideal candidate must have expertise in program/curricula development and excellent interpersonal/communication and public presentation skills. Minimum of ten years supervisory experience; master's degree preferred in nursing, social work or related discipline.
