Volunteers are critical to our mission. Our volunteer program seeks to link a need with an offer to help! If you have an interest, we'll do our best to actively engage you! Office Assistance/Data Entry
Assist our personnel with various clerical-related projects.
There are a number of opportunities right in your own community for you to help us raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and our programs and services.
Public Policy Advocacy
If you have an interest in legislative issues, join our advocates as they organize letter-writing campaigns, speak to legislators, phone interested individuals, and more.
Assist us with fundraising events, conferences, and educational sessions. Volunteers are needed to serve in various capacities dependent on event.
Host Your Own Benefit Event
Host a benefit event to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association. Your support makes an immediate difference in the lives of the over half a million people in New Jersey living with Alzheimer's disease or caring for someone with dementia. Click here to learn more.
Assist in one or more of our departments with short- or long-term projects. Various opportunities are available for your area of interest or expertise.
Support Group Facilitators
Facilitate or co-facilitate an Alzheimer's Association affiliated support group for those caring for someone with memory loss for the Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter on an ongoing basis.

Our interns gain valuable experience related to their field of study. Positions are flexible during regular business hours from 12 - 20 hours per week. Please call for more information on any of the positions below.
Special Events Intern
The intern will assist with the overall planning and implementation of the major fundraising events for the Alzheimer's Association.
Community Outreach Intern
The intern will assist in marketing the programs and services of the Association, plan special events, and represent the Association at community events.
Programs and Services Intern
The intern will assist in supporting the core programs and services of the Association.
Communications and Marketing Intern
The intern will assist in supporting the communications and marketing office in the areas of public relations, programs and services promotion and other tasks, as needed.
