About Walk to End Alzheimer's

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's  is our national signature event which brings together family, friends, caregivers and concerned community members — who all want to make a difference. Since 1989, Walk to End Alzheimer's has raised more than $300 million to help advance research and support for those battling Alzheimer's disease.

Walk to End Alzheimer's is a great opportunity to participate in the movement to end Alzheimer's disease. Thousands of walkers come out to support the cause at walks throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada, raising over $2.3 million at our local walks. Walk to End Alzheimer's at a glance

Walk to End Alzheimer's 2011 planning is in full swing! Register early and start your fundraising today. Help us reach our goal of raising over $2.6 million to support the mission of the Alzheimer's Association. Walk to End Alzheimer's is a great day full of activities for the whole family (varies by walk location). Activities include:

  • Scenic 3-mile long route and 1.5-mile short route
