In lieu of flowers and gifts, consider honoring a loved one with a donation to the Alzheimer's Association. This living memorial will support research, education, support services and take us one step closer to a world without Alzheimer's. If you choose to ask for a tribute gift to be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, please indicate the name and address of the family member or friend that you would like to honor. The chapter will send an acknowledgement shortly thereafter. A tribute card will be sent to the family member or friend notifying them of your gift in honor of the individual. Alzheimer's Association
