To make a memorial gift, please indicate the name of a family member or a friend of the deceased to whom the chapter should send notification of your gift. Please include that person's address if known, and the relationship between the two (see form). An acknowledgement will be sent to you shortly after your gift is received, and the family member or friend will be notified of your gift (not the amount). You can also send a gift in honor of someone's birthday or special occasion, and we will acknowledge the gift to them. Remember the chapter in your will.
